I am an out-of-network provider, and as such, provide an invoice for you to file the claim with your insurance provider. I accept payment up front, and as per your benefits, your insurance company will reimburse you. If you have any questions about this process, please do not hesitate to ask. I never want insurance or fees to limit your ability to receive the care that you need.
